In “Imagine That” theme, our young learners explored the joy of making art using paint, paper, and a whole lot of imagination.
They experimented with colour mixing, practised their fine motor skills by using shapes to create their paintings, and had fun with rainbow colours as they brought their ideas to life.
With focus and freedom, they explored what happens when they simply imagine. From bold splashes of paint to vibrant shapes and patterns, each creation offered a glimpse into their bright and curious minds.

What an incredible journey Term 3 has been!
Our young learners have filled the classroom with laughter, curiosity and creativity making each day an exciting adventure. From discovering new ideas to teaming up on for fun activities, they’ve shown incredible enthusiasm and excitement. Whether they were learning through play, creating beautiful crafts or solving problems together, each moment marked a step forward in their learning journey. It’s been amazing to watch them grow and achieve so much this term. We are excited for another great term ahead.

Our little heroes wrapped up the ‘To the Rescue’ unit with an exciting array of activities. They built amazing structures in the superhero den, struck bold poses at the Captain America photo booth, explored sensory challenges as superhero detectives, and engaged in sand play and construction projects, all of which sparked their imagination. The river water play station encouraged teamwork, ice painting unleashed their creativity, and the superhero animal rescue sparked empathy for others.
Creativity, teamwork, and heroism were evident in every moment, making this unit a great celebration of their growth.

In our Early Years, we prioritise the importance of physical development. This term, we are focusing on climbing, stretching, balancing and building. “World Happiness Day-Celebrating Happiness Together”
Today, our young learners embraced the little things that bring them joy with fun activities like Art Attack, Creating Our Happy Faces, and planting smiles in our Happiness Garden.
Together, they planted seeds, symbolising growth, hope, and happiness. They also took a moment to reflect on what makes them happy while sitting with friends, playing with toys, placing stickers on pictures that brought them joy, and sharing stories about what makes them smile.
It was a beautiful reminder that happiness is all around us, waiting to be celebrated, and today showed us that joy is always close by.

To inspire a love for reading in Khmer and to celebrate the National Day of Reading (March 11 2025) Brightstar organized Khmer Reading Competition for all our primary students on March 13, 2025.
We are incredibly proud of all the participants and thank you to each one of you for embracing the importance of reading Khmer, and for taking the time and effort to enhance your skills.

What a fun and educational day in our Early Years class!
We would like to highlight today’s life of our kids in an early year class at Brightstar.
The kids experimented with speed, distance, and gravity during today’s car ramp activity, learning about how toy vehicles perform on low, medium, and high ramps. They also reviewed the first set of phonics sounds, matching pictures to letter sounds and tracing letters—so proud of their progress! For numeracy, counting up to 13 and quantifying 13 buttons was a great math activity, and this afternoon, we explored waterfalls in Social Studies, using water droppers to paint and simulate the flow of water from top to bottom.
At Brightstar, our kids always have a wonderful day filled with exploration and growth!
