At Brightstar today the children had a splash-tastic day for our Pre-Nursery students as they enjoyed water play activities! They practiced their eye-hand coordination by scooping water with toys, which was not only fun but educational.
In their phonics lesson, we incorporated a sensory activity that was both fun and engaging. The children traced the letter ‘c’ in shaving cream, enhancing their understanding of letter shapes and enjoying the cool, fluffy texture of the shaving cream on their hands. It was a delightful sensory experience that combined learning with sensory play.

In a vibrant exploration of Early Years Science, young learners embarked on a delightful journey, combining the hues of coloured water with soap to craft an array of coloured bubbles. This hands-on activity served a dual purpose: honing the students’ fine motor skills and broadening their understanding of the colour spectrum.
