- A copy of your family book, parent’s passport, or Identification card
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport
- 3 recent passport-sized photographs
- A copy of the student’s vaccination certificate
- A copy of previous school reports
- Application fee
- Successful: application is accepted
- Unsuccessful: communication session with the parents
